The Body Transformation Challenge was created for all people to motivate themselves to work hard at eating well and getting into better shape. This is not a Biggest Loser or Extreme Makeover contest. This is not a ?contest? against anyone except yourself. We want people to enter and have fun with a spotlight to celebrate the success of following a program and seeing some type of results over a period of time.
