Along with your sake and beer selections Pechanga Chefs roll into action preparing you fresh top grade sushi and offering how to pair sake and beer with sushi. While you are enjoying your sake sushi and beer take a moment to listen to traditional Japanese music performed by a Taiko drummer We are also featuring a silent auction to benefit Inland Empire Habitat for Humanity the charitable beneficiary of this years event.
