Trustmark Presents: Santé South Wine & Food Festival

Since its inception, Santé South has raised more than $1 million to advance Alzheimer's research, care, and education in our state. The 2024 event will support The MIND Center's capital project, a centralized clinic for leading-edge geriatric and memory care. With over 30,000 square feet, The Fred R. Adams, Jr. MIND Center and Geriatric Clinic will provide space for current and future patient growth and will positively impact the quality of life for older adults and persons with Alzheimer's and dementia in Mississippi while supporting the needs of families & caregivers. The Memory Impairment and Neurodegenerative Dementia (MIND) Center at the UMMC, is a leader in Alzheimer's research and clinical care. Led by Dr. Tom Mosley, The MIND Center uses pioneering research, state-of-the-art brain imaging and powerful genetic technologies to discover the causes and find new methods of treatment and prevention for Alzheimer's and other dementias, which affect more than 6 million Americans.
